Benalla Rural City Open Space Strategy - Community Survey

Hello! Did you know that Benalla Rural City Council and Ross Planning are developing a new plan to make our open spaces even better? Open spaces are fun places like parks, playgrounds, sports fields, courts, and walking paths that we can all use and enjoy. They're important because they make our community more liveable and sustainable.

Not only do open spaces give us a place to play, socialise and have fun, but they also have a bunch of other benefits. They can help us stay healthy, boost our economy, and even help the environment. So, Benalla Rural City Council is developing a plan to make sure we get the most out of our open spaces.

And guess what? You can help! We want to know what you love about our open spaces, what’s missing and how we can make them even better. So please take a few minutes to fill out this survey and share your big ideas with us. Together, we can make our open spaces better now and into the future.  The survey is open until close of business 2 May, 2025.
