Clothes-4-Kids™ Sign-Up 2022-23
Bellevue LifeSpring's Clothes-4-Kids™ program is designed to help students in the Bellevue School District receive clothing support prior to the beginning of the academic school year.
Please enter the following information to sign up each eligible student in your household to receive an electronic $100 gift card via email to shop at Old Navy (per student). You may enroll up to eight students on this form.
Eligible families must qualify for free and reduced lunch at the Bellevue School District. By signing up for Bellevue LifeSpring’s Clothes-4-Kids™ program you allow Bellevue LifeSpring to share your name and contact information with other service providers to verify your registration with only ONE back-to-school clothing program for this year (i.e. Operation School Bell, Jubilee Reach, etc.).
Please have your student(s) ID card number and Bellevue School District email ready for the application.
Eligible families will receive an e-gift card AFTER August 15, 2022, to the provided parent email address. Please be sure to check your inbox and spam folder within this time frame. For any questions or issues with the application, please reach out to help@bellevuelifespring.org.
