Thank you for taking a few moments to answer questions about your experiences as a licensed behavioral health provider in Indiana!

The National Association of Social Workers Indiana Chapter is conducting a survey of licensed behavioral health providers and licensed exempt individuals to help us better understand the:

  • Makeup of the licensed behavioral health workforce in Indiana;
  • Strengths and barriers of the licensed behavioral health workforce;
  • Areas of focus for our work to support social workers in the state.
Our goal is to look at recruitment and retention across the profession(s) from the LBSW and LAC through to clinical level licenses. By completing this survey, you will be entered to win a NASW Indiana T-shirt of your choice from our NASW-IN Store!

NASW has contracted with the Indiana Community Action Poverty Institute to manage the survey process and produce a report that will inform efforts to prepare and retain behavioral health licensed professionals. Your honest feedback will greatly support the development of strategies and learning opportunities. To ensure that all respondents can share freely, only members of the Institute's research team have access to the full survey results and Institute staff will separate any identifying information from your responses. If you have questions about this study, please reach out to institute@incap.org or info.naswin@socialworkers.org.

We appreciate your willingness to share your thoughts with us!
