Bedford OOR - Community Survey

The City of Bedford is applying for a $350,000 grant through the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs (OCRA) to support an Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation (OOR) Program for income-qualified homeowners. If awarded, the program would help approximately 20-25 eligible homeowners complete critical home repairs, including roof repairs or replacements, heating and cooling system replacement, water heater replacement, and ADA accessibility improvements to home entrances.

We want to hear from you! Your feedback will help the City better understand housing conditions in Bedford and demonstrate how home repair needs are affecting local residents. Responses to this survey will be used as part of the City’s grant application and will help identify community priorities and areas of need.

This survey should only take a few minutes to complete. Thank you for taking the time to share your input and help support future housing improvement efforts in Bedford.
