Allin's Cove and Vacant O'Bannon Mill Sites Survey

The Town of Barrington wants to hear from you and your neighbors about potential development at two sites along Bay Spring Avenue. Responses will be collected through Monday, April 23.

Both sites have environmental constraints that will limit how much development can occur. We suggest taking a few minutes to read this one-pager. This will open as a new tab in your browser. You may want to leave it open so you can refer back to it as you take the survey.

Allin's Cove Site

Development Constraints for the Allin's Cove site. The area with hash marks is within the CRMC buffer, but CRMC has noted that because it is across Adams Avenue from the coastal resource the buffer is meant to protect, they are open to considering development there.
