As part of the Bartram Choice neighborhood planning process, we are surveying Bartram Village residents, residents of the surrounding neighborhood, and business owners to better understand the strengths, challenges, and needs of the community.
The neighborhood that we are referring to is outlined on the map below, which we are calling the Bartram Choice Neighborhood.
The questions we are interested in concern housing, people-related issues such as health, employment, and education, and neighborhood-related issues such as transportation, safety, parks and open space. Your responses will help us develop goals and ways to achieve them for the neighborhood Transformation Plan.
