Northern Beaches Hospitality Pty Ltd (ACN 699 354 679) is conducting a Consumer Survey regarding its application for a Tavern Unrestricted Licence for the proposed Banksia Grove Tavern, to be located at the Banksia Grove Shopping Centre, 1001 Joondalup Drive, Banksia Grove WA 6031.
Approval of this application will allow the Applicant to offer a high-quality, family-friendly hospitality and retail experience, providing a welcoming space for social gatherings, dining, and entertainment, including:
• A diverse food menu available throughout trading hours until half an hour before closing.
• A full beverage selection, including beers, wines, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options.
• An alfresco dining area and children's play area for families.
• Private function spaces for social and corporate events, with background music compliant with noise regulations.
• A dedicated packaged liquor offering with drive-through and walk-in access, including a curated selection of takeaway beverages and support for WA local producers.
The premises will be operated by the Gastevski Group, an established, family-owned and operated Western Australian hospitality business that builds and operates a portfolio of licensed venues across the Perth metropolitan area, together with associated drive-through and browse packaged liquor outlets.
The trading hours will be within the hours permitted under the Liquor Control Act 1988 (WA).
What will happen with the information you provide
This completed survey will be submitted to the Department of Local Government, Industry Regulation and Safety to assist the Director of Liquor Licensing in determining whether the application for the Banksia Grove Tavern is in the public interest or not.
As outlined in the LGIRS's Public Interest Assessment Policy, public interest is defined as: "An interest in common to the public at large or a significant portion of the public and which may, or may not, involve the personal or proprietary rights of individual people."
