You must have attended a Balmy Nights Festival event in the past three years to complete the survey and enter the competition | Entry is only open to people aged 18 years+ | One entry per person | The Promoter, its artists, employees, volunteers and agencies associated with the event (and their immediate families) are not eligible to enter | Entrants must only enter in their own name.
