Church Re-Entry Questionnaire

Rev. Curran and the FCC Re-Entry Task Force are working to create ways in which we can gather again to worship together in person. We hope that soon we will be able to get together in small groups, as a first step toward our eventual return to our church community that we know and love.

The questions below will help us understand the needs and preferences of our congregation. Our intention is to re-gather in ways that allow everyone to feel safe and supported during this unprecedented time.

If you have any questions or thoughts you want to share with us about this questionnaire, feel free to send one of the questionnaire creators an email. We are a part of the Re-Entry Task Force and will share your comments with the group.
