1. CES Policy Council Application

LAHSA is seeking applications from service providers whose agencies participate in the Coordinated Entry System, but who do not serve as the SPA-level lead, to hold three slots on the CES Policy Council. The CES Policy Council will be a group represented by service providers across all populations (Families, Single Adults, and Youth), County health agencies, City and County housing authorities, and other stakeholders primarily responsible for approving policy related to the Coordinated Entry System. Prior to implementation, the CES Policy Council will review and make final approval of policies and procedures drafted by the CES Policy Development Work Group. Group members will be asked to participate in monthly meetings from June 2017 – November 2017, beginning with a kickoff meeting to be held June 21st from 1 pm – 4 pm.
