2027 Mentee Application

Thank you for your interest in participating as a mentee in our 2027 Exchange Program! We’re excited that you’re taking this step in your professional growth journey.

Please take a few moments to complete the questions below. Your responses will help us thoughtfully match you with a mentor who can provide guidance, insight, and support that aligns with your goals and interests.

Exchange is a member benefit and is open to employees of IBTTA member organizations. Please confirm that your organization is a current IBTTA member before completing this application.

Exchange requires a meaningful time commitment, including participation in three interactive virtual workshops during the program. To help ensure you have the support and time needed to fully engage, a letter of support from your employer acknowledging management’s approval of your participation in the Exchange program, including the three workshops, is required as part of the application process. Your employer’s letter of support must be submitted to Peg McGreevy, our program facilitator, at pmcgreevy@ibtta.org by 5:00pmET on October 9, 2026.

As space in our program is limited, we may not be able to accommodate everyone who applies. You can expect to hear from us by October 16th with an update on your application status. Mentees selected to participate in the program will be responsible for a $50 application fee which is due October 23rd.
