Looking for youth groups who want to use art as a tool for community

I am planning Sidekicks for Parkinson's (TM) intergenerational art workshops between people with Parkinson's and local youth, in collaboration with the Davis Phinney Foundation.

Do you know of a youth program that would want to learn how to use art to:
  • Retain a positive attitude, gratitude and hope in the face of challenges?
  • Look beyond the surface with other people to find not just differences, but the things that unite us?
  • Improve social connectedness?
  • And more?
The workshops are open to everyone at every level, even and especially those who think they can't "do" art.

All workshops will be free.

Locations will be in the Bellingham area.

Check out my bio to learn more about my experiences as an artist and coach for people with Parkinson's.

Please answer as many questions as possible, but only those with asterisks are required.

I will contact you within a week to learn more, and will be scheduling workshops as soon as we have core groups within both the Parkinson's and youth communities.

Thanks for your interest and time.
