Introduction
This survey is to gather data on all Local Youth Council, Young Mayor and UK Youth Parliament elections in the academic year from September 2011 to September 2012.
It is to be filled in as soon as possible after your elections have taken place during this period. You will be asked about Local Youth Council, UK Youth Parliament and Young Mayor elections in turn - if you don't participate in all of these bodies or haven't held elections since September 2011 there are options built in to skip these sections. You can come back and fill in your authority details as many times as is necessary.
The election statistics gathered in this survey will be used by the British Youth Council to analyse voting numbers and turnout across the UK. This online survey is to replace the previous UKYP paper forms and widens the information gathered in order that we can tell the full story of youth democracy in the UK - please provide as much information as possible.
