Domestic and family violence (DFV) has wide-ranging and persistent effects on physical and mental health. It also has significant financial implications for Australian businesses and their staff. As the Business Pillar of the Toowoomba Together Inc (TTI) group, we seek to find ways to provide support to Toowoomba businesses who in turn can Recognise, Respond and Refer employees or customers who may be experiencing DFV.
