For your upcoming strike assignment in California, our client requires you to complete a brief survey confirming whether you have previously received Epic training at a Providence Health facility in the last 12 months. Your responses will not affect your position or current offer.
If you indicate that you have not completed Epic training at a Providence location, the survey will end and you will receive an email with a link to the required Epic training video. You must complete this video, and you will be asked during orientation to attest that you have viewed it in full. Time spent completing the video will be paid at your pre‑learning rate.
