OTA is seeking member feedback to help inform a possible submission to the Victorian Parliament’s Inquiry into claims made through the Transport Accident Commission (TAC).
The inquiry is considering issues related to claims made through the Transport Accident Commission (TAC), including but not limited to:
- processes around legitimate claims, including disputed claims
circumstances and systems related to fraudulent claims - private provider discretion to set fees exceeding the Medicare Benefits Schedule rate
- interactions with other services, including the NDIS, and impacts of federal reforms.
We are particularly interested in evidence-based feedback from occupational therapists with direct experience of TAC-related work. Please provide examples, de-identified case studies, data or documents where possible.
This survey should take around 10–15 minutes to complete.
