Only anonymized, aggregated responses will be shared with the Community (e.g. “we received 38 responses”, or “7 respondents indicated expertise in plumbing”). Board Secretary: according to the By-Laws, the Board Secretary will take the minutes of all meetings, do all correspondence for the District, and maintain necessary records. In our case, the Secretary also maintains the District web site, including our community notifications.

Volunteer Coordinator: this person will work directly with the Board to plan and schedule volunteer participation. This person will also ensure all volunteers have taken our safety training.

Work Planner: this person may assist in the early stages of planning a work project. This might include getting designs developed, creating material order lists, or generating project estimates.

Project Lead: this person may lead a particular work project. This may entail getting plans, tools, and parts ready for a project. This may also entail coaching, mentoring, and safely directing the efforts of other volunteers.

I'm not interested in any of the above.
