The Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission, in partnership with the Washington Office of Equity, is integrating the principles of pro-equity anti-racism (PEAR) into everything that we do. As part of this work, we are seeking your feedback on what barriers currently exist that prevent the public from participating in UTC proceedings and accessing our services.

We are also looking for external partners who are interested in becoming a part of our PEAR Advisory Group which will advise the internal agency PEAR team in our decision making.
