The mission of the Georgia Council on Developmental Disabilities (GCDD) is to bring about social and policy changes that promote opportunities for persons with developmental disabilities and their families to live, learn, work, play and worship in Georgia communities.

Every summer, GCDD's Public Policy team begins the planning process for Georgia's upcoming state legislative session, and we would like your input! To be most effective in our advocacy, GCDD typically leads on 2-3 priority areas each session, while also supporting our partner organizations in their efforts. We are looking for your feedback on GCDD's 2023 legislative priorities, as well as our 2023 Advocacy Days. Thank you for taking the time to help us plan for the upcoming legislative session, and we look forward to hearing from you!
