Thank you for taking the time to complete the 2026 Staffordshire Training Hub Training Needs Analysis Survey. The survey should take just a few minutes to complete, and your responses will help shape our future education and training offer.

Your feedback is invaluable in helping Staffordshire Training Hub plan and deliver education and training that meets the needs of the Primary Care workforce across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent.

The survey includes a small number of core questions, with the remaining questions tailored to your job role. Please answer all questions as fully as possible and, if your training needs are not already listed, use the free-text sections to tell us about them.

We also ask a small number of questions relating to protected characteristics. This information helps us understand whether our education and training offer is meeting the needs of our diverse Primary Care and Community Care workforce.
