Stormwater Survey

The Town of Lunenburg is seeking information from residents and businesses regarding their knowledge of stormwater related issues in the community.  In order to better understand what the Town must do to inform residents and businesses, we ask that you complete the following questionnaire and return it either electronically or in hard copy.  Hard copies may be mailed or delivered to the Office of the Town Manager, PO Box 135, 17 Mail St., Lunenburg, MA  01462.
1.Do you recall receiving any educational materials, reading, or hearing about stormwater/water quality in the last 12 months?
2.What was the source of the material or information you received?
3.How was this information provided to you?
4.What do you see as the underlying cause(s) of the pollution in our local streams, rivers, and lakes?
5.Would you consider adapting some of your daily activities to improve water quality if you learned of alternatives?
6.Would you like to learn about the Town’s Stormwater Management Plan?
7.What manner of outreach would be most beneficial?
