Student Vaccination Poll

The regional health network reached out to us to see if we might be interested in offering a vaccination clinic locally for students on a Saturday at the JSHS. To move forward, we need to provide them with the the number of vaccinations we would require. Please complete the survey below if you are interested in having your child(ren) vaccinated at the clinic.
