Introduction
Highway 138 between Highway 401 and Highway 417 includes informal parking areas that are being used for carpooling and parking for commuter bus lines that provide daily service between Cornwall and Ottawa. As part of the Highway 138 Improvements study, the project team is completing a review of existing parking along Highway 138 within the study limits. The purpose of this survey is to provide the project team with an understanding of existing and potential carpool/commuter parking use in the study area.
