NEW! 6-week "Intro" series: At the Y, everyone belongs! If you have ever thought you would join a group exercise class "when" - when you are in shape, when you are skilled, when you are ready - now is your time! We are bringing our most popular group exercise formats to you in a special "intro" format designed for beginners and new fitness enthusiasts. Learn the basics in terminology, technique and class flow while gaining fitness and confidence to tackle a wide variety of new classes and workouts.

Choose which program you are most interested in or attend all four "Intro" series: BODYPUMP, indoor cycling, yoga and Zumba. It is recommended to attend each week in the 6-week series but not required. Join as you are able and return to these classes each week, as you build relationships with likeminded members in your McGaw community. Space is limited to ensure the most attentive member experience.
