Welcome to the NAPS 2018 Conference Call for Speakers Form!
Those selected to speak at the NAPS 2018 Annual Conference are chosen because of their ability to inspire us, to challenge us, and to support our success in our jobs and our lives. And they are committed to help us all reach new heights by enhancing and supporting our industry.
As the premier association for blended services, contract/temporary and direct hire/permanent placement firms and independent staffing professionals, NAPS’s Annual Conference provides an excellent forum for professional networking, knowledge sharing, and thought leadership.
DEADLINE
Submission proposals must be submitted via this form no later than 6pm EST on Friday, December 15, 2017 to be considered for the NAPS 2018 Conference.
EVALUATION OF PROPOSALS
Proposals will be evaluate by the NAPS Conference Committee, NAPS Board, and NAPS staff during their
January 2018 Board Meeting . If we are interested in exploring your proposal further, a NAPS staff/committee member will contact you after the deadline to gather additional information.
If you are representing a company that has a product, such as a vendor, you will need to present as a case study. No sessions are to be sales pitches and presenters cannot sell DVDs or books from the back of the room.
SPEAKER RENUMERATION/COMPENSATION
All speakers who are invited will receive one complimentary registration, a $250 session stipend and 1 hotel room night at the
Hyatt Regency. NAPS does NOT cover any airfare or transportation costs. Please note that this offer does NOT extend to co-presenters, guests and/or spouses.
POWER POINT PRESENTATIONS, AV & HANDOUTS
All speakers will be required to utilize the office NAPS 2018 Conference for PPT template. All approved presentations must be emailed to NAPS prior to the conference. NAPS will email presentations to all attendees in advance of the conference. Speakers are responsible for all costs associated with distributing hard copies of their presentations. NAPS will however, provide a link for all conference attendees to download the presentations.

Audio visual included in each room are: wireless microphone, laptop & screen. Please note that breakout session rooms do not have internet connectivity. It is required that you do screen-shots instead of relying on the internet.
