FOLLOW-UP SURVEY TO COMMUNITY CONVERSATIONS

As a participant at the South Cumberland Plateau Community Conversations held on October 15 (at Dubose Conference Center and  Coalmont Community Center), and/or resident of the Plateau, you are invited to complete a follow-up survey.  Each table group at these sessions discussed community progress and challenges in the focus areas of HEALTH, EDUCATION and COMMUNITY/ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT. The groups also identified specific issues they considered to be priorities.  The following survey was developed based on the ideas that were posted from the table discussions.  Please complete this survey to indicate the items you consider to be priorities for our community within each of the three topic areas.  The survey is divided into 6 sections for ease of viewing and even though it "looks lengthy," it should only require about 6 - 10 minutes to complete. It will remain open until December 13th so please complete the survey before that time.
THANK YOU!
