Anonymous Survey for the iMatter Anti-Stigma Campaign - Round 2

Background and Informed Consent

The iMatter Anti-Stigma Campaign aims to normalize discussions about mental health in our community by sharing stories of people who are in recovery from challenges with their own mental health.

Completing this brief 2-minute survey will help focus our programming to reduce stigma and connect individuals and family members to mental health wellbeing, support and care resources in the Great Lakes Bay Region.

Aggregated results of the anonymous survey will be used to measure perceptions about mental health stigma and the iMatter Anti-Stigma Campaign. The questions were adapted from instruments used to measure mental health stigma.
