Terumo Competencies Self Assessment

The Competency Self-Assessment survey helps you identify the TMC-TAH competencies you may wish to include in your individual development plan. It will take just 10 – 15 minutes to complete. The survey defines our competencies and asks you to identify your proficiency level for each. Please select the level that you feel reflects your current skill level for each competency. 
 
Note: the survey is completely anonymous, and your honest assessment will contribute to the shaping of additional developmental tools and resources for the organization. Upon completion of the survey you will have the option to print / download your results should you wish to save them and share / discuss with your manager.
