6th Grade Transition Follow-Up Survey

We are really excited to have your student advance to the next level.  As a district, we are  always interested in making sure that we are serving our students in the best way possible.  Your responses to this survey will ensure that we continue to provide meaningful, transitional experiences for our students.
 
1.I was adequately informed about transition events, such as informational/orientation meetings and social activities through newsletters, the middle school website, etc.(Required.)
