We'd like to thank you for all your participation to establish a strategic plan for the Levine Center to End Hate. At this stage, we are going to query the senior leadership to establish objectives to create a strategy map. This strategy map will drive the rest of the Balanced Scorecard.
For the purposes of establishing the strategic plan, we will be using the mission:
"Our mission: To unite the greater Rochester community in overcoming hate through education, dialogue, & positive action."
We will be breaking down all the gathered information as objectives into four perspectives. The perspectives are:
1.) Customer
2.) Learning and Growth
3.) Internal Business Practices
4.) Financial
We have the perspectives explained in more detail in each section.
We will have two to four objectives for each perspective. An objective is a high-level goal in mind, typically stated as "verb-noun." Some general examples are "increase profits" or "acquire new businesses."
Please offer some suggestions for objectives for each perspective area. We will be collating these and presenting them at the first meeting to establish the Balanced Scorecard.
