NORFMA is seeking nominations for an outstanding individual and an outstanding community to be honored at the NORFMA Annual Conference in September.
Nominees will be reviewed by the Awards committee and submitted to the Board for final selection.
The winners (one community and one individual) will receive a full scholarship to attend the NORFMA Annual Conference.
You may nominate more than one individual or community, but please just one each per submission.
Nominations will be accepted until August 15 September 6, 2019.
