Introduction and Demographics
This survey was developed by family and staff members participating in the District Survey Sub-committee. The sub-committee included representatives from the School Governance Councils (SGCs), Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) Parent and Educators Advisory Committees (PAC and EAC) and the Berkeley Schools Excellence Program (BSEP) Planning and Organization (P & O) Committee. This survey was created to learn what you think about Berkeley schools. By participating in this survey, you are providing important feedback regarding funded programs and actions designed to meet district goals. This survey is anonymous and confidential and demographic information will not be identifiable. The survey will take about 10-15 minutes to complete. It is not required that you take more than one survey but if you choose to do so, the survey will restart at the end.
