Purpose of the Study
You are invited to participate in a research study entitled, Comparison of Y-BOCS Scores with the HSP Trait in Individuals Diagnosed with Religious OCD. The purpose of this study is to analyze possible correlations between mean Y-BOCS scores and the Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) trait, particularly related to the highly conscientious tendencies of individuals diagnosed with scrupulosity.
Voluntary Participation
Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. You may refuse to take part in the research or stop participating at any time without any negative consequences.
Participation Specifications
If you agree to take part in this study, you will be asked to complete an online questionnaire which asks questions about your OCD scores as well as your personality traits and preferences. The time to complete this survey is approximately 15 minutes. There are no known risks or benefits to your participation in this survey, with the exception of being able to benefit the OCD community through your answers.
Please note: to complete this survey, you must have a Y-BOCS score that was given to you in consultation with a licensed therapist within the last twelve months.
Confidentiality
Your survey answers will be collected by SurveyMonkey, an online survey software that protects anonymity. SurveyMonkey does not collect identifying information such as your name, email address, or IP address. Therefore, your responses will remain anonymous.
