The FRLAEF will hold a Regional Workshop at UCF's Rosen College of Hospitality on Wednesday, October 29, 2025.
The event will begin at 8:00 am and conclude by 1:30 pm. There is no fee to attend this event. Lunch will be provided and all attending students will receive a complimentary chef jacket.
Students will rotate between a Kitchen Battle and a Sustainability Food Challenge activity.
Each ProStart school may bring up to 5 ProStart students to the event.
