Murfreesboro's Water Resources Department is seeking out feedback for our online services, LINK and AMI Customer Portal, in order to improve user experience.

LINK is an online account access portal for customers looking to pay their bills, receive e-bills, and compare past account balances. AMI Customer Portal is for customers looking to monitor water consumption, sigh-up for 24-hour usage alerts, and set usage goals.
