Non-Exhibitor Presentation Fee – 8,000.00 GBP
This option is available to companies who are not exhibiting at the Business Travel Show Europe.
- Two registration passes – one for your presenter plus an additional colleague
- 7-minute live presentation and 4-minute judges’ Q&A, as well as 2 minutes of audience Q&A, streamed online via Swapcard to those viewing virtually and accessible on demand after each session
- A 250-character company description and photo and title of the presenter on the event registration website and Swapcard
- A description of each presenter’s innovation will be covered in the Summer 2022 issue of Business Travel News Europe
- Access to the recording of your 7-minute presentation and Q&A session with the judges and the audience and company description posted to the Business Travel New Europe after the show

Exhibitor Presentation Fee – 6,000.00 GBP
This option is available to those companies exhibiting at the Business Travel Show Europe.

Scholarship Presentation Fee – 3,000.00 GBP
Two scholarships are available for startup/emerging companies that were incorporated after 2018.
