2022 Summer Recreation Program Registration Form

The 2022 summer recreation program includes the following:

Daycamp

This is designed for children ages 4-9 (please note that your child must be turning 5 by December 31, 2022, to register), and takes place Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. It includes outdoor activities, crafts, games/sports, field trips, and playground visits. Day camp has limited space and preference will be given to Bishop's Falls residents.

Recreation Program

This is designed for children/youth ages 10-17, and takes place Monday to Friday in the afternoons and evenings. It includes sports, workshops, field trips, and team building activities.

* 8. Town of Bishop’s Falls Summer Program Waiver

I hereby release the Town of Bishop’s Falls and any partners or contracted service providers from any liability in case of injury resulting from such activities carried out as part of the Town’s Summer Recreation Program(s) and related activities.

Upon my signature, which I fix electronically below, I also recognize that the program has a sports schedule and I understand the importance of keeping and reading the program schedules I have been given.

I also adhere to the policies set by the town and remember that the summer program encourages fun and recreation, and is not to be viewed as a competitive program. I acknowledge that if a concern arises, I will voice it to the Coordinator or Coaches in a respectful manner.

I also understand that safety is the most important aspect of this program, so if a sport is moved inside due to rain, it may remain there for the rest of the day, even if the weather changes after the fact. Also, I understand that because there are so many programs occurring in a limited space, from time to time the space will need to be shared with that of another sport, and age group. At this point, all of the participants may be made to play the one sport/game.
