1. Eligibility to apply to BTPDP

Before you apply, you will need to have watched the Participant Information Session available at this link on our SEAL BTPDP webpage so that you are aware of the benefits of the Bilingual Teacher Professional Development Program (BTPDP), the role your district/LEA will play, and your commitments. Applicants must also have district approval to apply. If you do not already have a copy of the letter of recommendation, you may download a copy from the SEAL BTPDP webpage.
