1. Eligibility to apply to BTPDP

Before you apply, you will need to have watched the Participant Information Session available at this link on our SEAL BTPDP webpage so that you are aware of the benefits of the Bilingual Teacher Professional Development Program (BTPDP), the role your district/LEA will play, and your commitments. You will need to upload two items in your application so please have them handy: (1) a BTPDP Letter of Recommendation that is signed by your district and (2) a copy of your Teaching credential. You can find and download the BTPDP Certificated Staff Letter of Recommendation form that you must submit from the SEAL BTPDP webpage.
