Registration Overview

November 5 and 6, 2013 · Vancouver, WA

Each participant must register to attend the conference. Registration will close when the conference sells out. Participants are encouraged to register early, as conference space is limited. Registration will be on a first come, first serve basis. If we receive your registration after the conference spaces have been filled, you will be placed on a wait list.

During the registration process, you will be required to provide your contact information, accommodation and interpreting requests, and anticipated travel dates.

To meet your accessibility needs during the meeting, we need to know any auxiliary aids or services you require in advance. Every effort will be made to ensure access at this meeting. However, on-site requests cannot be guaranteed. Please be prepared to provided us with detailed information to help us ensure that your needs are met.

You are responsible for making your own travel and lodging arrangements. However, if you will be requesting an ADA or Deaf/HOH room at the conference hotel, we would like to know. We need this information to help ensure that the hotel meets your request. This information is for verification purposes only. It is your responsibility to make your own hotel reservation. Information on the conference hotel will be provided to you after you register.

You will also be required to pay your registration fee. The general registration fee for the conference is $275. Early bird attendees who register before July 31, 2013 are eligible for a discounted registration fee of $225. Conference fees will be collected through the online payment service Paypal. Please have your debit or credit card information available. Registration fees are non-refundable.
