At the start of the 2018 school year, Notre Dame Prep formed a Strategic Planning Committee made up of community members, parents and staff to assess the current status of the school and to inform planning for the future. The committee is reviewing instruction, facilities, staffing, and finance, as well as the mission statement and beliefs. Because the opinion of all community members is important in this process, the committee has developed the following survey to assist them in creating their recommendations.
