Puppy Questionnaire

            Welcome to War Ready K9 Preservation and Performance Breeder of The Canis Panther & Elite Mastiff Breeds. Thanks for inquiring about our 2020 CP litter and taking the time to fill out the application. It does not guarantee a place on the reservation list. We want the best homes for our puppies. If you are contacted to become a potential owner of a War Ready CP pup we will email a puppy holding contract with deposit information. We have the right to refuse deposit/payment if we believe the home is not a good fit after further discussion with you as a potential owner. All of our puppies will come with dewclaws removed and tail docked. We offer ear cropping as well for an additional fee.

8.Thanks again for inquiring……………… We will be in contact with you to let you know if we feel that our dog is a good fit for you and will provide a deposit agreement for a $500 non-refundable deposit to hold your puppy and a copy of the purchase contract which will be signed once full payment is received.
