Outdoors for All is offering clinics in-house and an in-house exam for volunteers to pursue their Level 1 PSIA certification. The training will be open to 8 participants. Selection will be based on a short application process and selected by Outdoors for All staff.

This checklist is to help you navigate and track towards the exam process through clinics and teaching with Outdoors for All. Please ensure that you have adequate time to complete these steps taking into consideration your timeline and exam date.

TRAINING DATES: January 12th, 26th, Feb 2nd, and Feb 9th (and a makeup day of Feb 16th) from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
EXAM DATE: TBD 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (High probability of March 19th at the Summit at Snoqualmie)
COMPLETE THE E-LEARNING COURSE – Free:
Must be done 2 weeks prior to the on-snow exam.
Link will be emailed out to individuals taking the exam
PASS THE ONLINE PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE EXAM - $10.00
o Level 1 MUST be completed 2 Weeks Prior to Exam Registration
o Link will be emailed out to individuals taking the exam

*Some manuals are available at the Outdoors for All office to borrow or make copies.
