1) Explain the pathophysiology of metabolic syndrome, pre-diabetes and potential progression of diabetes.
2) Identify the current diagnostic criteria for prediabetes.
3) Discuss health risks associated with metabolic syndrome.
4) Describe the management of prediabetes and metabolic syndrome.
