Speech-Language Pathologists' Experiences with Teletherapy Compared to Traditional In-Person Services for Children with Speech Sound Disorders

You are invited to participate in a research study to examine clinicians' experiences with teletherapy compared to in-person services. The purpose of this study is to examine clinicians' experiences with teletherapy compared to traditional in-person speech-language pathology services for children with speech sound disorders. If you agree to participate, you will complete an anonymous online survey consisting of approximately 10 questions, including rating-scale and short-answer responses. The survey will take about 15 minutes to complete. Exclusion criteria include individuals who are not licensed speech-language pathologists or who do not have at least one year of teletherapy experience with children with speech sound disorders should not participate. This study involves minimal risk. You may experience slight discomfort when reflecting on your professional experiences. There are no direct benefits to you. However, your responses may help improve understanding of teletherapy practices in speech-language pathology. Your responses are anonymous. No identifying information will be collected. Data will be stored securely on a password-protected device and within a secure SurveyMonkey account accessible only to the researcher. Data will be stored for 3 years and then permanently deleted. Your participation is voluntary. You may skip any question or stop the survey at any time without penalty.
