Fitness Permitting for Parks on the Delaware River Waterfront

DRWC requires a permit and certificate of insurance for all fitness related classes and programming held on waterfront property. Interested parties must apply for a permit, provide a COI, sign a contract and COVID Addendum, and pay a fee before the permit is issued.

Applications are not guaranteed until a permit is issued. Once received, a team member will review the application and respond.

During the COVID pandemic, permits will only be available for Race Street Pier, Cherry Street Pier and Pier 68. All non-permitted classes will be asked to leave the property.
