 This survey is sent to all residents who have received assistance from the Welfare Benefits Advice Team and have had their cases closed.

On completion of the survey, residents will be entered into a prize draw to win a £20 shopping voucher.

If the rent account of the prize draw winner is in debit, then the equivalent amount will be credited to your rent account.

The first name and the local authority of the winner of the prize draw will be published on our website to promote this satisfaction survey to residents.
