Biodegradeable green waste composting takes the load off of our local landfill. Even waste disposed of in plastic bags still takes 20+ years to decompose fully. This would be a voluntary, opt-in service that is user supported and not tax-funded. This survey will help us gauge the interest level throughout Butte-Silver Bow.
