Waivers get in the way of giving school districts maximum flexibility to decide what works best for local students.
Keeping waivers help ensure more local communities, businesses and families can benefit from additional tourism and travel time and economic impact.
Eliminating waivers will be easier for more school districts to start earlier and stem summer learning loss.
