WORKLOAD AND COST-OF-LIVING PRESSURES AT SUNSHINE COAST COUNCIL

The Services Union recently commenced negotiations for a new Certified Agreement (CA) at Sunshine Coast Council.

Members have already told us that cost-of-living pressures and poorly-managed workloads (often due to staff turnover) are priority issues to be resolved in the new CA.
