About This Survey
CSEA Local 830 is preparing a 2026 Nassau County Workforce Report Card on staffing, workload, working conditions, morale, recruitment, retention, and promotional opportunities. Your responses will help identify department-wide trends and support the Union’s advocacy for workplace improvements.
Confidentiality Notice
The survey does not ask for your name or employee ID, and individual responses will not be shared with Nassau County. Please do not include names or identifying details. Answer based on your experience in your current department.
Gift Card Drawing
Members who complete this survey will have the opportunity to enter a drawing for one of ten $50 gift cards. Entry is optional. To protect the confidentiality of your responses, contact information for the drawing will be collected through a separate form after the survey is submitted and will not be connected to your survey responses.

5 = Excellent
4 = Good
3 = Adequate
2 = Poor
1 = Failing
